By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any event, lesson, club session, or product offered through mahjogee.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Event Registration & Payment

All event registrations, lessons, club sessions, and products must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and its payment partners.

Registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully received.

Refund Policy

Due to limited seating and advance planning required, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered for:

• Missed events or sessions

• Schedule conflicts

• Changes in personal availability

If Mahjongee™ must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event, at Mahjongee’s discretion.

Transfers & Cancellations

Event registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Mahjongee™ reserves the right to deny transfer requests that do not meet this requirement.

Event Changes

Dates, locations, instructors, or event details may change if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward instructors, hosts, venues, and fellow participants. Mahjongee™ reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

Liability Waiver

By participating in any Mahjongee™ event, lesson, or club session, participants acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with participation and agree to release Mahjongee™, its instructors, partners, and venues from liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Photography & Media

Mahjongee™ may photograph or record events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending an event, participants grant permission for their image or likeness to be used unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Intellectual Property

All instructional materials, content, and resources provided during events or lessons are the property of Mahjongee™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Age Requirement

Events are intended for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants must meet any age requirements listed for specific events.

Weather & Force Majeure

Mahjongee™ is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation in events constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
